1. Who can play

The Game is made for a general audience. If you're under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live, please play with a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Ownership

The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, levels, sounds, logos and the "Crowdify 3D" name, belongs to Tanish Dave Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play the Game for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, change, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or make derivative works from the Game, except where the law allows it.

3. Free to play and tokens

The Game is free to download and play. It has no in-app purchases.

Tokens are an in-game currency. You earn them by finishing runs (win or lose) or by watching optional rewarded ads, and you spend them on cosmetic crowd colors and path themes. Tokens and the items they unlock:

• have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money,
• can't be moved to another person,
• are saved only on your device, so clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game removes them, unless Android restores them from your own device backup.

We may change token rewards, prices and items in future updates.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads served by Unity Ads: a banner, a full-screen ad between levels, and optional rewarded ads in the shop. A reward (currently 10 tokens) is only given when a rewarded ad is watched to the end, and rewarded ads may sometimes be unavailable.

Ads are made by third parties and we aren't responsible for their content. Tapping an ad may take you to another website or app, which has its own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what information Unity Ads collects.

5. Fair play

When playing the Game, you agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, mods or other unauthorized software to change or interfere with the Game,
• tamper with the Game's ads or rewards, or try to get rewards without watching the ad,
• reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract the Game's source code, except where the law allows it,
• use the Game for anything unlawful.

6. Updates

We may update, change, pause or stop the Game, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We can't promise the Game will always be available or free of bugs.

7. No warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tanish Dave Games isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, that result from using or being unable to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Game is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold Tanish Dave Games harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses that come from your breaking these Terms or misusing the Game.

10. Ending access

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license to use the Game if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
